Applications are accepted on a rolling basis! Applications received after the April 3 deadline will not be featured during the awards ceremony, but they will still receive an award, a free benefits calculation of their EPEAT purchases, and be publicized as an EPEAT award winner.

资格要求
EPEAT采购商奖旨在表彰在IT产品可持续采购方面的优秀表现。EPEAT采购商在购买EPEAT注册的IT产品并符合所有资格要求的每个产品类别中都会得到认可。EPEAT采购商奖的申请全年都接受。使用此样本语言联系您的供应商，以申请EPEAT特定的报告。
EPEAT采购商奖向所有购买EPEAT注册产品并符合以下要求的组织开放。
- 同意将您的组织确定为 EPEAT 采购商，在全球电子委员会的网站上列出，并同意在 GEC 网站上分享您最新的效益计算结果。通过提交EPEAT采购商奖申请，您同意将您的组织确定为EPEAT采购商，在全球电子委员会（GEC）网站上列出您的组织标志，并允许GEC在GEC网站上分享您最新的效益计算。
- 拥有或正在积极制定可持续采购的组织采购政策。GEC建议你的组织在采购环保或可持续的信息技术（IT）产品和/或电子产品方面有具体的政策语言或指导（见示范政策语言）。
- 制定规范或使用合同（如果适用），要求或倾向于使用EPEAT注册的产品（PC/显示器、影像设备、移动电话、服务器和电视），包括适用的服务合同（见合同示范语言）。同意分享具体的EPEAT供应商合同语言（如果适用），作为其他购买者的最佳做法。
- 向全球电子委员会报告EPEAT注册产品的采购数据，以便完成效益计算。
